Seafields Joins ISLA BONITA to Support Ocean Restoration and Sustainable Island Communities

We are pleased to announce that Seafields is a partner in ISLA BONITA, a new Horizon Europe-funded project bringing together 51 organisations from 16 countries to restore marine ecosystems and help island communities build a more sustainable future.

Coordinated by Plataforma Oceánica de Canarias (PLOCAN), the project will bring innovative solutions to nine islands across Europe and the Caribbean.

As part of this initiative, Seafields will lead the Guadeloupe demonstration, deploying our SeaClear Sargassum solution to explore how Sargassum can be transformed from an environmental challenge into a valuable resource, supporting a circular blue economy.

We are proud to contribute to this collaborative effort and look forward to sharing our progress!
